As personalized products are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item once received, we will re-print and replace the item free of charge.

• Every size is measured flat by hand, 1–2cm error is inevitable.
• If you love an oversize casual look, go one size up; for a neat fit, pick one size down.
• The cotton fabric has barely any stretch, please pick carefully if you have a fuller figure.
• All custom items are unique custom goods, we do not accept size-related returns or exchanges.
